Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time, however, you may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed after we have closed will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Magikalfolkcrafts.com is an online store. We do not have a store front or warehouse available for pickup orders.

Ingredients

Magikalfolkcrafts.com uses all natural ingredients in our skin care line.  To view our ingredients, click  the mortar icon. All of our products are handcrafted fresh in small batches. Our soap is hand cut so variations will occur. We use natural preservatives such as Vitamin E, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Neem Oil, Rosemary Oleoresin Extract and Essential Oils. This will increase the shelf life of our products but please be advised that because we do not use chemical preservatives, the shelf life will be considerably less than common commercial brands. We recommend refrigerating your products when not in use to insure freshness. In addition to natural preservatives, we use natural emollients and emulsifiers. Because of this, natural separation may occur in our creams and lotions that contain essential oils. This is natural and no reason for alarm....simply stir or shake the product to recombine.

Shipping & Handling

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time Monday through Wednesday are processed and shipped within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail. An email will be sent once your order is prepared for shipping. This email will include a tracking number so that you may track the progress of your package. The general delivery rule for priority mail is two to three days, but in some cases it may take longer. Insurance is automatically added to each package shipped and this cost is included in the shipping charges.  For international addresses, please contact us for further directions.

Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and will ship by Wednesday. Another exception to the 48 hour rule applies to the purchase of our buckwheat pillows. This will ship fourteen to twenty one days after your order is received. There is also an additional shipping charge for this item due to the weight and size.  This additional charge has been included in the price of the pillow. If your parcel is damaged, magikalfolkcrafts.com must be notified within 24 hours of receipt for further instructions. If the damage is visible, please make sure the carrier notes the damage and retain all the originial packing materials for inspection by the USPS and/or magikalfolkcrafts.com. If these steps are not followed and an item is returned, it will not be accepted.

Returns/Cancellations

In the event you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you must do so by the close of business on the day you orginally sent your order. An email must be sent by the close of business to orders@magikalfolkcrafts.com stating your intent to cancel your order in the subject line as well as in the body of the message. Orders cancelled within this time frame will receive a refund less a processing fee of five percent (5%) on the total order less the shipping costs. Orders cancelled after this time period but prior to shipping will be assessed a twenty-five percent (25%) processing fee on the total order less the shipping costs. We cannot accept cancellations once the order has shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are considered final. If there is a problem with your order however, please contact customercare@magikalfolkcrafts.com within five (5) days of receipt so that we may work out an amicable solution. Items returned without first contacting magikalfolkcrafts.com will not be accepted. Refunds, credits and/or exchanges are at the sole discretion of magikalfolkcrafts.com and are not guaranteed. In any event, shipping and handling charges are not refundable or credited.

Payment Methods

We utilize PayPal for processing our payments. With this service, we can also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and your Bankcards. It is not necessary to be a member of PayPal to utilize this service. We do not accept personal or business checks at this time.

Purchasing Policies

There is no minimum order requirement at magikalfolkcrafts.com. Sorry, we do not offer wholesale orders at this time.

Privacy Policy

It is important to know that as our customer, we respect your privacy. We want you to feel confident and comfortable while shopping with magikalfolkcrafts.com. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to any other party ~ period. Your personal information is not shared with anyone for marketing or promotional use. All information magikalfolkcrafts.com receives from you is confidential and treated as such. Information obtained from you is used for processing your order, notifying you of our intent to ship and providing information as a result of a request from you asking for the same.

Our products are not sold with a warranty of any kind. Magikalfolkcrafts.com does not take responsibility for your use of any products listed on our web site. We pride ourselves in making a quality product, but we trust you will use your own discretion as to which products may be appropriate to your particular needs.

Limitation of Liability

The United States Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated statements contained within this web site nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is not our intention to prescribe any course of therapy or recommend any product for treatment of an existing condition. Magikalfolkcrafts.com assumes no liability for damage or injury resulting from the use of our products. We assume no liability for any claims that may arise out of misuse of our products. If you are uncertain as to your sensitivity to a product, please conduct a patch test on the underside of your arm. If a rash or reaction occurs, please discontinue use immediately and contact your health provider. While we use all natural ingredients to make our products, allergic reactions are possible. If you have a medical condition, allergies, are pregnant or considering getting pregnant, please consult your health provider prior to using our products. We trust you will use your own discretion as to which products will be appropriate to your particular needs. Our products are manufactured and created with equipment and utensils that also prepare nut based products.
